Unleashed
Unleashed is the third expansion for the Riftbound Trading Card Game, released on May 8, 2026. Built around a "power strikes from the shadows" theme, it introduces 12 new Legends, powerful new champion units (including Vi, Rengar and Poppy), and introduces three major new gameplay mechanics :
- XP (Experience) & Levels: A brand-new resource that players build up during matches and spend to evolve cards or trigger powerful champion effects.
- Ambush: A keyword that allows you to play a unit into combat mid-showdown as a surprise reaction, catching opponents off guard.
- Hunt: A reward system that gives you XP when you successfully conquer or hold battlefields.
