Cardarium Select is operated by Lats Distribution Inc.


We offer the sale of collectible cards (Pokémon and others), single cards, accessories, mystery boxes, graded cards, and other collectibles.

 

We primarily sell to individuals and collectors across Canada.

 

 

2. Shipping

 

We currently ship within Canada only.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Carriers: Canada Post and Purolator.
Tracking: Customers may choose tracked or untracked shipping at their own expense. Standard letter mail shipments (with stamps) do not include tracking.

 

 

3. Payment

 

Payments are processed via PayPal Checkout.
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery province.

 

 

 

4. Return and Cancellation Policy

 

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

Order cancellations are possible on the same day, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

⚠️ No refunds are issued, even for sealed products or mystery boxes, in order to maintain the integrity and value of collectible items.

 

 

5. Sales Conditions

 

  • Product images are illustrative and may not reflect exact details.

  • There is no purchase limit per customer at this time.

  • Minors may place orders, but an adult may be required to complete payment (e.g., credit card use).

 

 

6. Privacy and Security

 

  • We do not use tracking tools such as Google Analytics.

  • We do not share personal data directly with third parties. However, our partners (such as PayPal and shipping carriers) may access this information as needed to complete the order.

 

 

7. Limitations and Liability

 

  • Cardarium Select reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing or inventory error.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers. Customers must contact the carrier directly if they selected a tracked shipping option.
