1. General Information

Cardarium Select is operated by Lats Distribution Inc.
We offer the sale of collectible cards (Pokémon and others), single cards, accessories, mystery boxes, graded cards and other collectibles.
We primarily sell to individuals and collectors across Canada.

2. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, subject to product availability.

Carriers: Canada Post and Purolator.

General Shipping Terms:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, season, destination, and operational conditions.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including strikes, severe weather, and carrier service interruptions.

  • In the event of a carrier disruption, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or adjust certain shipping options.

  • If an order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, customers should contact us at info@cardariumselect.com so we can investigate and assist with the appropriate resolution.

  • All applicable consumer rights remain protected under Canadian and Quebec consumer protection laws.

Limited-Time Promotion — October 2026

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders of $200 CAD or more within Quebec, valid until October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Quebec time).

  • Minimum purchase of $200 CAD before taxes and after discounts.

  • Valid for eligible online orders delivered within Quebec.

  • Includes standard tracked shipping.

  • Any applicable shipping restrictions or additional charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.

  • Regular shipping rates will resume on November 1, 2026. Orders confirmed during the promotion will retain their free shipping benefit.

3. Payment

Payments are processed via PayPal Checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery province.

4. Return and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
Order cancellations are possible on the same day, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
No refunds are issued, even for sealed products or mystery boxes, in order to maintain the integrity and value of collectible items.

5. Sales Conditions

Product images are illustrative and may not reflect exact details.
There is no purchase limit per customer at this time.
Minors may place orders, but an adult may be required to complete payment (e.g., credit card use).

6. Privacy and Security

We do not share personal data directly with third parties. However, our partners (such as PayPal and shipping carriers) may access this information as needed to complete the order.

7. Limitations and Liability

Cardarium Select reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing or inventory error.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers. Customers must contact the carrier directly if they selected a tracked shipping option.
