1. General Information

Cardarium Select is operated by Lats Distribution Inc.
We offer the sale of collectible cards (Pokémon and others), single cards, accessories, mystery boxes, graded cards, and other collectibles.
We primarily sell to individuals and collectors across Canada.

2. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Carriers: Canada Post and Purolator.

Shipping Methods and Conditions:

  1. Economy Shipping – $5 CAD (No Tracking)

    • Does not include tracking and does not allow the shipment to be located once handed over to the carrier.

    • By selecting this method, the buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for any loss, theft, delay, or damage.

    • No claims, refunds, or replacements will be accepted by Cardarium Select for untracked shipments.

    • Recommended only for low-value orders where the customer fully accepts the risks.

    • Not available for orders weighing 1 kg or more.

  2. Secured Shipping – $15 CAD (With Tracking)

    • Includes a tracking number for monitoring the shipment until delivery.

    • Strongly recommended for valuable or rare items.

    • Mandatory for all orders weighing 1 kg or more, regardless of value or type.

Special Service Areas:
Some Canadian addresses designated by carriers as “special service areas” may require additional fees or extended delivery times. These will be communicated before shipping, and the order will only proceed upon written acceptance of the revised terms.

General Shipping Terms:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by carrier, season, and operational conditions.

  • Cardarium Select is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather, service interruptions).

  • In the event of a carrier disruption, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend certain shipping options.

3. Payment

Payments are processed via PayPal Checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery province.

4. Return and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
Order cancellations are possible on the same day, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
No refunds are issued, even for sealed products or mystery boxes, in order to maintain the integrity and value of collectible items.

5. Sales Conditions

Product images are illustrative and may not reflect exact details.
There is no purchase limit per customer at this time.
Minors may place orders, but an adult may be required to complete payment (e.g., credit card use).

6. Privacy and Security

We do not share personal data directly with third parties. However, our partners (such as PayPal and shipping carriers) may access this information as needed to complete the order.

7. Limitations and Liability

Cardarium Select reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing or inventory error.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers. Customers must contact the carrier directly if they selected a tracked shipping option.
